Arion Scales provides AI-generated video ad creatives, ad copy, and related digital tools ("Services"). By purchasing or using our Services you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use Paddle as our payment processor. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Video ad deliverables will be delivered within 24–48 hours of order confirmation unless otherwise stated. Final files are delivered via email or a secure download link.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated at the time of purchase. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered creatives and may use them for commercial advertising purposes. Arion Scales retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Vault subscriptions grant access to AI tools for the duration of the active subscription. Access is non-transferable and limited to one user. Sharing access credentials is not permitted.
Vault subscriptions include the following fair-use limits per billing month: up to 1,000 video and image generation credits (used across AI Image Generator, video tools, and brand tools); up to 100 AI product images via the Product Image Creator (Nano Banana powered); up to 1,000 images across all other image tools (Static Ad Generator, Ad Creative Generator, Ad Mockup Creator); and unlimited use of all copy, strategy, and content tools. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Users who reach a limit will be notified at the point of generation and may purchase additional credit packs or wait for the next reset.
Arion Scales is not liable for ad performance outcomes, platform policy changes, or third-party platform decisions. Results mentioned on our site are examples and are not guaranteed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
